Who is responsible for your data?

MVP Foundry, SLU is the controller of personal data processed through RelocationOffers. That means we decide why and how this data is used. RelocationOffers is the product and marketplace name used in this notice.

Our processing is governed by Andorra’s qualified Personal Data Protection Law 29/2021 (LQPD), as amended, and its implementing rules.

What data do we collect?

We ask you not to include passports, identification documents, health information or other highly sensitive data in free-text fields unless RelocationOffers specifically requests it through a secure process.

Why do we use it?

• Provide the service. Create accounts, publish anonymised briefs, match requests, present offers, enable workspaces and support provider applications.
• Take steps you request. Respond when you ask for offers or apply to join the marketplace.
• Respect your choices. Share an anonymised relocation brief with vetted providers only after you confirm that choice.
• Protect the marketplace. Prevent misuse, secure accounts, investigate concerns and maintain reliable records.
• Meet legal obligations. Keep or disclose information where Andorran law validly requires it.

Depending on the activity, the legal basis is performance of a contract or steps requested before one, your consent, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating a safe and useful marketplace. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Who may receive data?

We do not sell personal data. We may make data available to:

• Vetted providers who receive an anonymised brief so they can prepare an offer. Contact details remain private until you choose to connect.
• Clients who receive relevant provider profile, application or offer information needed to compare services.
• Service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, security and other essential operations, under appropriate instructions and safeguards.
• Authorities or professional advisers when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If data is transferred outside Andorra, we will use a transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including providing the service, handling disputes, meeting legal duties and protecting the marketplace. Retention depends on the record: an authentication code is valid for 10 minutes, a signed-in session is configured for up to 30 days, and marketplace records may need to remain available for the life of an account or engagement and a reasonable period afterwards.

We use measures appropriate to the nature of the service, including hashed authentication secrets, limited-lifetime sessions, access controls and validation of submitted data. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Subject to the conditions in the LQPD, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to processing. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You may send a written request to the postal address shown above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).

Cookies and local storage

RelocationOffers uses an essential HTTP-only session cookie named relocationoffers_session after sign-in. It keeps the account authenticated, uses SameSite protection, and is configured for up to 30 days. The intake and provider-application forms may use browser session storage to preserve a draft in that browser tab or session.

At the date of this notice, the application does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before non-essential cookies are used.
