The RelocationOffers service
RelocationOffers is a relocation marketplace. It lets clients describe a move, receive and compare offers, communicate with providers and manage related tasks. It also lets businesses apply to join as providers and respond to suitable requests.
Unless RelocationOffers expressly states otherwise, MVP Foundry, SLU operates the platform and is not the relocation provider, legal adviser, tax adviser, estate agent, insurer, bank or employer delivering the underlying service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If you use RelocationOffers for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email secure and tell us promptly if you believe an account or authentication code has been misused. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.
Client requests
- Provide enough accurate information for providers to understand the likely scope.
- Do not include unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in a public or anonymised brief.
- Review each offer, its assumptions, exclusions, third-party costs and timing before accepting it.
- Use your own judgement and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
Posting a request does not require you to accept an offer. RelocationOffers may refuse, pause or remove a request that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe or outside the marketplace’s scope.
Provider applications and obligations
Providers must submit accurate business, contact, service, registration and insurance information and keep material details current. Applying does not guarantee approval. We may request evidence, conduct proportionate checks, restrict service categories or decline an application.
An approved provider must only offer services it is competent and legally permitted to provide, present fees and external costs clearly, protect client information, avoid misleading claims and comply with applicable professional and consumer rules.
Offers, engagements and payment
An offer should describe scope, deliverables, assumptions, timing, provider fees and known third-party costs. When a client accepts an offer, the underlying service relationship is normally between that client and the provider. Any provider contract or engagement letter also applies.
Unless a payment screen or separate written term says otherwise, providers are responsible for invoicing and clients are responsible for paying the agreed charges. If RelocationOffers introduces payment, escrow or transaction services, the additional terms shown for that service will apply.
Vetting and reviews
Vetting is designed to reduce uncertainty, not eliminate every risk. Approval, a badge, a profile, an offer or a review is not a guarantee of future quality, availability, solvency, outcome or regulatory status. Evidence can expire or change.
Reviews should reflect genuine engagements. We may moderate, reject or remove content that is fabricated, abusive, irrelevant, unlawful or affected by an undisclosed conflict.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse RelocationOffers. This includes impersonation, fraud, unlawful discrimination, harassment, scraping, unauthorised access, malware, interference with the service, collecting another person’s data without authority, bypassing security controls or using marketplace information for unsolicited marketing.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give MVP Foundry, SLU a limited licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve RelocationOffers.
Availability, changes and suspension
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features and markets may change as the platform develops. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, material breach or protection of clients and providers.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, MVP Foundry, SLU is responsible for operating RelocationOffers with reasonable care, but is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, advice or service outcomes of clients or providers.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss caused by information or actions outside our reasonable control. Consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Andorran procedural and consumer law may hear disputes. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to you are not displaced by this clause.
We may update these terms when the platform, commercial model or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the new terms apply to later use.
Questions about these terms may be sent in writing to MVP Foundry, SLU, Pleta de Soldeu, Edifici 11, 2N, 2A, AD100 Soldeu, Andorra.
